during the archery season i would check in some of the wetter parts of the area your hunting and do a lot of calling even if its just to locate animals and not necessarily call them in. good luck.

Yea the only animals ive ever seen stick around a shot animal definently didnt stay cuz they felt bad. Ive only seen two fawns stay by a doe i shot a while back because they didnt know any better....

i have a gramin etrex vista that ive been using for a few years and it is a great gps. it will definently do everything you want to do with it and the small size makes it a great hunting gps.

My cow fell to a 100 grain thunderhead on a pse carbon force arrow outa my 65 pound pse beast compound bow at about 40 yards. She went maybe 60 or 70 yards and that was the end of the road for her.
