it ain't too hard to make a ez press clone yourself either. just do a little snooping around the web (there are a ton of threads with plans and such in the DIY section at archery talk for example)....

i have a boss. It's loud. I just set it to a recommended setting when I got it and left it. It kills deer just as dead as any other gun. It looks cool though.

i like the wall on my reflex. I tried tuning it (which was a disaster) via this thread on AT and I got it pretty good eventually. it's seems kind of complicated at first but read it a second time...

i think it works good enough. Much easier than cutting it out for me. You stick it in, twist, and pull. then you tie it off with string or a tie wrap and slice it off above it.

i used .020 serving thread instead of the nock tying thread

The nockpoints are smaller, and the release isn't exactly behind the nock (pretty close though).

Will this be a problem? I don't...

I found one of those TRU speed nocks (plastic screw on nock point thing with the little tab that aligns the peep)

are these worth using?

I was thinking about using one, tying the bottom...

Im just wondering what everyone's preference for a turkey gun barrel is. I know they make barrels anywhere from 20-24" for turkey hunting, maybe even shorter,
