I enjoy the magazine - some of your MEMBERSHIP fee is tax deductible - I vote yes!

I think the magazine alone is worth the price of membership. I'm not much of a joiner, but I think it's a worthwhile organization to belong to.

You can thank the NWTF for being able to hunt wild turkeys in many states. If it wasn't for their re-introduction program I would not be able to hunt turkeys in my home state.

Doesn't NWTF really mean No Work Thursday and Friday? I know it does during turkey season!

I have been wondering whether or not to get a membership myself. I will be an Xtreme Jake but you have opportunities for scholorships through them and that would be a plus. I also want to start getting into the calling contest after more practice. Just two reasons I would want to join.

yea the NWTF is great

i heard it was because of the nwtf that we have birds in WI. i heard we like traded grouse for like 38 turkeys w/ Missouri or something and the NWTF was involved.

now i dont know when that was, how many turkeys (if any) there were before, and what other birds were introduced (likely by the NWTF) but now there are tons of turkeys and they are really spreading all over fast! like there never used to be many turkeys near where I lived or up north and now they're everywhere.

I'm a member... I also participate in events locally when I can.
Almost every walk in hunting area in Kansas has some NWTF assistance to it...
