nub, yes, I do believe the DNR can count deer. I don't want any changes made to the current setup, especially 16 day gun season. Michigan and Pennsylvania tried it, they still needed extra...

Probably a hemaphrodite deer. It is a natural 1:10,000 occurance where the deer has both male and female sex organs. The hormones get screwed up, thus the velvet in winter. Happens in humans too.
