the 270 is a very good rifle, as it has more shocking power than the 06,

I have never hunted from a stand, always been a ground hunter. move slow, look hard, and use the scrub to break up your outline. best of luck.:)

Im sorry bobby i didnt mean to get ya backup , they were wild dogs crossed with dingos,and yes they do have a go at people.i have never shot anyones dog before and wont start now. i like the scum bit...
