Ingredients

  • 1 hind quater venison roast
    3/4 lbs Country Sausage
    1 clove Garlic
    1 can Tomato Soup

Instructions

  1. Slice the roast in the middle and stuff with sausage
    Add a little of the curshed Garlic
    Tie roast back with butchers string
    Pour the can of Tomato Soup on top
    Cover with aluminum foil

Notes

Bake at 275*
