There are ~400M guns in the US owned by ~150M Americans. There are ~3M suppressors in the US owned by ~750k Americans. It's a small proportionality.
Further, the types of matches for which the CZ457MTR is built to shoot either don't allow brakes, or don't benefit from them - AND FURTHER - most of the tuners used on 22's (until recently) have been clamp on (which remains to be favored by most folks in the know) rather than threaded. So it makes a lot of sense as to why the MTR's aren't threaded.
Do I wish they were threaded for what I - personally - want to do? Sure. But eh, it's cheap to have one threaded.
