Its is 6ft by 8ft and the floor is 13 ft from the ground. I found a contractor showing how to building a 6x8 shed on the interrnet and followed his advice. I used 6x6 for the legs and trimmed the top few inches down to a 4x4 to fit a set of elevator brackets. Metal on the outside walls insulated with closed cell foam, automotive carpet on the inside, with a combination of Deerview windows and home made windows. Three new hunters got there first deer from this blind this year!

I got both my daughters and my wife involved in the build too. Although my daughters describe it as more of a hostage situation and my wife just wanted it out of the garage, but I still took plenty of pictures to prove they helped, It is nice to have someplace to ride out the weather when a small front roles through the area, It will also be a great place to take the grandkids but I am getting a little ahead of myself on that one.

Time flies.

I'll be out with my middle child this Saturday trying to get her first from my much cruder tower stand lol

I'll try to remember to snap a picture
