Question for all the quail hunters out there. What is the going rate for a quail only hunting lease? I have a 7000 acre property in NW Oklahoma that i'm looking to lease out the quail rights on. It would only be after the deer season. From Dec.15th - Feb.15th . Lots of birds on this 10.9 sq miles of beautiful upland cover.
