  • 1 onion diced
    1 garlic minced
    1 bell pepper diced
    2 - 3 potatos small diced
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 cup worschtershire sauce
    1 cup red wine
    1 cup butter


  1. cut meat into 1/2 to 1 inch cubes
    heat large skillet to high
    melt butter in skillet
    brown meat
    remove meat from skillet, do not drain
    add vegies, cook til almost done
    add meat back into skillet
    add worschtershire sauce
    reduce heat to low
