Ingredients

  • 2 venison steaks
    1/2 stick of butter
    Fresh ground pepper
    Salt
    Garlic Salt

Instructions

  1. In a frying pan, melt butter over med. heat
    Add venison steaks and sprinkle on fresh gound pepper, salt, and garlic salt
    Cover and let fry for 4-6 minutes
    Turn steaks and repeat
