Ingredients

  • 1 whole Wild Turkey
    5 Gallons of Wesson Cooking Oil
    2 Bottles of your favorite hot sauce
    3 Bottles of Jalapeno's

Instructions

  1. Kill Wild Turkey
    Skin Turkey and hollow out Cavity
    Marinate turkey using 1 Bottle of hot sauce
    Let sit for 12 hours in sauce and Peppers
    Get large Fryer and put oil in, heat to 350-375
    Lower Turkey in Fryer
    Pour rest of hot sauce and Peppers in fryer with turkey
    Cook 3 min. per pound of meat on Turkey
    or until desired tenderness.
    put on plate and serve,

Notes

Do not flour turkey after you have skinned it. You want turkey to soak juices from ingredients and turn a golden brown.
