BBQ venison with BBQ veggie side dish

Ingredients

  • Moose steak marinaded for 6-8 hrs
    Marinade of Apple juice and worchester sauce
    carrots
    brocoli
    mushrooms
    calliflower
    red peppers
    green peppers
    montreal steak spice
    black bean sauce
    canola oil
    garlic to taste

Instructions

  1. Marinade steak in approx enough juice to cover and approx 2tsp worchester sauce and sprinke with montreal steak spice
    Leave marinade for 6-8 hours in fridge
    cut all veggies into large peices
    place veggies in a BBQ pan and coat with oil
    pre heat BBQ to approx 400 degrees
    Place veggies in BBQ pan on BBQ and stir quit often
    pour on black bean sause and a little montreal steak spice (not too much so as to over power the taste of Veggies)
    Cook steak on BBQ till desired
    Veggies and steak should be done in approx 15 minutes depending on quantity

Notes

Don't over cook the veggies as they should be slightly crunchy and make sure to constantly stir them. This whole process should consume 2 to 3 beer BECAUSE if the cook is happy then everyone is happy.
