Some like the Euro mounts where the teeth are removed and you still end up with the nose and about 1/2 of the top half. You can mold this form with plaster of paris, and see if you like it.

I would recommend Kifaru. They are custom made to your size. Not some off the shelf "one size fits all" I have the Late Season, and I use it for 3 hour hunt or a 3 day bivy.

I changed from gold tip pro hunters to easton axis. I like the heavier weight per inch, and the penetration advantage theory that smaller diameter creates less friction than larger diameter.
