Arkansas bucks this year?
Has anyone killed some deer from Arkansas this year?If so if you have pictures would you mind posting them?I am just REALLY!!!Excited this weekend is Arkansas youth season I have a good feeling about this year.

the bucks are already after the does and have been for about 2 weeksin the northern part of the state. i'm gonna get my 13 year old cousin on one saturday morning. they should hit full rut by the 2nd week of november. good luck!

I killed a 10 point last thursday evening, he was chasing does and grunting... Friday morning I saw one buck about as big as this one and another one bigger but they were both out of range chasing does

Im here in MO right across form Arkansas I can be in Ark in three min. if that tells you anything...and i claim Arkansas as home...now i have been scouting alot deer seem to be very very active i was out at about 2 p.m. scouting in my stand and wasnt in there more then 10 min. and two does came runing thourgh the field to the right of my stand followed my a six point buck!! also i have started to see a few small rubs in the past week...so as far as i can tell the rut is in its first phase....youth hunt in MO is also this weekend...goodluck..and mabey ill run somthing your way

bplumlee - are you kidding me you seen another buck that size and a buck bigger than those 2. Al i can say is damn you must have one heck of a spot to hunt congrats man.

I've only seen 1 buck so far in south Arkansas. The rest have been does. I haven't been in 2 weeks and won't go again until next weekend. My brother-in-law rattled up a decent sized buck last weekend. We have pics of a few, but all pics are at night.

Yea i am really lucky to hunt in the spot I do, the genetics around this area are awesome and the spot i hunt is a big field that bucks tend to use every year to cruise for does but ive heard of some big deer being killed lately in AR
