Weatherby SA-08 Semi Auto Shotgun ???

Im picking up a 20ga SA-08 wetherby for my son. Its brand new and Im getting it for a STEAL. Being an 1100/87 guy I have never had one.

I have only shot a 180 grain out of it. Trust me I have no issue just using it....I love it....just felt it was a little over gunned for the task...but hey I guess having more then you need is better...

I shoot a 180 grain Barnes triple shock for elk and I can tell you it flat eats them up. Its the best working bullet Ive seen in quite a while.

Take it from an Illinois guy who has hunted Idaho the past 2 years (shot 2). Elk are not deer....the terrian is rough...the animals are big and heavy and when spooked they dont simply leave the area...
