I know you are asking for an e-caller, but I suggest using mouth calls. E-callers do have there advantages (expensive FoxPros), but one for under $100, you aren't going to get much. Just check Cabelas online.

I use a Cass Creek E-Caller and have had good results from it. I got mine for about 40$ but you can also get the same as mine plus a wireless remote for an added 30$ I think. But like nick said get 3-4 good mouth calls and you will have more luck most of the time and they are less expensive.

there are no good e-callers for under 100 bucks unless you can find used foxpro from someone who needs their fix really bad.
