If you drag a scent will it leave a scent? Yes, how strong or how long will it last, I dont know. I wouldnt use the boots as the snow will help wash it off quicker. jsut my thoughts.

Unfortunately your 7mm setting will be diffrent than my 300WM setting, and I think it would also be slightly different than say if we both had a 300WM as both rifles will have slightly different...

Stalkingbear, yes as per my reponse above, all new a-bolts come with both the muzzle break and teh CR attachment, don't have to purchase it. If you buy used you can buy one online.

If anything in the store had to be a gimmick I think this is one. Yes under a blacklight it may "appear" that the UV glow is gone but that is with our eye sight. Most likely the deer can still see it...

The only advice i can give is Definitely WEAR A HARNESS! You could easily slip when you go to take a shot or you foot falls asleep or something...be safe and wear a harness, it could save your life....

I should mention that I will not be using a bow, but a firearm. I've never used a ground blind and I'm not sure their is much room to setup and I think they might be spooked by them.

Try maps.live.com which has a "birds eye view" feature which is pretty neat. You can also try mytopo.com which has newer aerials of a section that I hunt that doesnt show up on any otehr internet...
