You can use TheKansan's cooking technique but simplify the marinade process by rolling the meat in fajita seasoning. That's it...put it on tooth picks - put it in the oven...your done.

Marlin 30-30 with a Leupold Rifleman 3-9x40. Never missed a deer. Never needed a second shot. Furtherst kill 150 yards. Handles great.

Sako if you can afford it. I'm about to buy a 300 win mag in the Sako. They claim 5 shot group within 1" at 100 yds out of the box. No one else can claim that!
