RE: how does the NAP spitfire work

I think I'll stick with my Slick's. No shims, divots, pins, hinges, movement, or energy restrictions. Just awesome 4-blade cutting and super penetration every time.

RE: Trying to figure out what shaft...

BTW...the Easton chart was set up for bows using fastflight strings. So if you are using Dacron, you may want to choose one shaft size weaker than what the chart selects.

RE: broad head help

nubo...were you using the standards or magnum ST's? I'm not too familiar with a bears anatomy, but how did you manage to break a rib going in - break a rib goind out - and - pass through a shoulder?

RE: Most consitantly accurate bow?

Bow brand doesn't count for much, most all of today's bows will shoot better than we can. Regardless of the brand you choose,a bow with a comfortable draw weight (for you), alonger axle to axle...

In the vitals, no problem. Even on questionable hits like a shoulder, I would prefer a smaller diameter head that can penetratebetter than one with the same # of blades but a wider diameter. The only...

RE: Lube on the cam bearings?

Depending on who you ask, sealed bearings shouldn't need lubed at all. Powdered graphite would workuntil it gets wet. My local pro shop uses white lithium grease when they do overhauls.

RE: So who wants to hear about the 2006 Bowtech "Tribute" ??

Keep in mind that the camo is hanging in White Pine greenery in the B&W shots in the above link. ASAT is incredible the way it blends compared to other camos, especially through a deers eyes!
