I do alot of goose hunting and i have had my share of wounded birds and flat out misses.. i like to use the 4 B' s technique that works the best for me...

1. Butt
2. Breast
3. Beak

hey everyone... i just got out of alcohol treatment center for 28 days... i missed most of the season... my dad got a huge gobbler just over the hill from aeneas mountain lookout on opening mornin......

i did not get a chance to go but just the first weekend... i had to go to alcohol treatment for 28 days.... so i picked the wrong time of the year... but my dad got a big gobbler in the aeneas valley...

even though it is a close range caliber rifle... i don' t like to shoot over 200 yds anyway.. so it suits me just fine.... just broke her out of the safe sunday for some shooting...

i use a .308 also and use trophy bonded bearclaws and regular federal 165 gr and ihave no problem killing anything..

all the turkeys on private land in the sinlahekin.. so it is a waste to go there.. i went there last year and hunted 10 days and did not see one turkey.. but i see them all the time around the lakes...

it is not illegal here in washington.. i would say it would be up to the hunter.. i like to hunt for the meat so i would.. but the next person might not.. happy hunting to all this year..

the average size of a mule deer ears are 22-24 inches from tip to tip... so if they are not out to there ears or farther there is no use getting excited because they are not big enough///// just my...

i have a BPS 10ga.. and i like to shoot T or F if i am pass shooting.. but when i use dekes i like to shoot 2's or BB with a modified choke.. that works the best for me

it don't matter... it is legal in washington to shoot them on the water so i shoot them anychance that i can get to shoot one... on the water.. in the tree... on the ground.. just shoot them... it is...

here in washington it is not illegal to shoot a sow with cubs but they tell you in the pamphlet to try not to shoot one... if i saw a big sow with some yearling cubs i would shoot one... i shot one...

my year was ok so far... i hunted the rifle opener here for deer and saw alot of nice mature bucks but i did not wanna shoot any because i had a any whitetail special hunt in the sinlahekin valley......

do what i do.. road hunt see a bird.. get out and shoot it!!! that works great for me i shot 2 bear last year and about 2 dozen grouse road hunting.. go for it!!1

ui live in washington state and 5 of us shot 105 geese last year in a 3 week period so they are out there just keep looking
