Road hunting is common in my area but it is also illegal in KS, as far as I can see, there is little challenge, where is the fun in that?

Road hunting is illegal and not a good thing to get started. I'll walk ditches and waterways, right next to road, but won't hunt with a vehicle.

It's illegal here in PA also. I don't know anyone who does it here and have never seen it but I hear stories of it all the time.

I tend to agree with many of those above - don't see the point of road hunting. Diminshes the sport of pursuing these winged critters. Also gives hunters a bad image in terms of public image. Just doesn't look sporting to see two guys bail out of a truck on a gravel road, and shoot at a bird that was filling its crop 2-seconds earlier. Seems more like shooting than hunting.
