Yes the top part fits in the pouch very neatly just pull it out slip your arms through attach the rope to the tree and the harness to the rope and you are ready I put mine on before I leave the truck...

It is just too expensivie down here ( application fees , range fees , renewal fees etc..) it is also too hard to get , It cost a couple of hundred bucks every two years just for a rifle and shotgun...

I don' t know why they don' t put a warning on the box the 150 ' s shoot very well they are made for single shot guns and magazine fed guns everytime I buy a box of 150' s the guy at the counter...
