I honestly had as much fun chasing caribou as I do elk. Mostly because you can shoot 2!!! They are just amazing critters. The size of their racks isn't too bad either;)

I love elk too though....

Well, the squirrels will thank you. I saw a neat coyote mount that was a buck skull base and a howling coyote shoulder mount above it. Hard to explain but it looked cool.
