RE: My LX cam ?????

I'd untwist the cable first to see if you can get it back, simply because it's easier. Another thing is I often set mine slightly over rotated to get my draw length right so if it's shooting OK I...

RE: Axis arrow owners

Some replacement blade broadheads will need the rings also as the small size of these shafts keep them from putting pressure against the blade retaining rings. Thunderheads come to mind with having...

RE: Proof!

Looks like it'd be a little hard on a bag target and other arrows too. You're supposed to aim at a different spot on the target.:D

RE: conical bullets

Your Hawken will be fine with either balls or conicals if it likes them. Colorado doesn't allow sabots so they're out. See if you can find someone with a few of each to try, no sense in buying...

RE: Shot the Outback...

With a little tweaking I've got a much better valley on my Outback without sacrificing speed or much draw length. I put a smaller rubber on the draw stop. So far I'm liking it better.

RE: Outback Or Q2?

Outback unless the Q2 is a lot less $. Remember you'll get a better price for the Outbak if you're ever to sell it which will negate some price difference now.

RE: Mathews Drawlength Question?

I don't believe the MQ32 has the multiple posts on the cam. To keep the cam in the proper rotation he'll need another cam, but many shops will exchange cams at a small or no charge.

RE: Got an Outback today!

With the new limb cups you don't lose as much by backing the limbs off. Marginal loss and if it shoots fine not something I'd worry about.
As far as the string & cable, I've shot mine for awhile &...

RE: MaxCam 3 VS HP Cam (Outback)

With a little tinkering I got a better valley with my Outback. Added just a little more draw length to do it tho. Just put a smaller bumper on the draw stop screw.

RE: mathews outback question

No you don't have to put it in a press, it's as simple as unscrewing an allen head screw & putting it in the other hole. Whichever hole you decide to keep it in remember to locktight it. Very...

RE: Pyrodex Pistol Powder

RE: Bowtech camo film dip problem

You can help this by using a paste wax furniture polish on any bow. Just apply it-I like 2 or 3 coats on the areas that wear- and don't buff it out. Really helps.

RE: Muzzy or G5 Montech for elk

Both are great heads, but I'd go with the Montec. Simpler without changing blades and they're tough. Sharpening them can be a problem, but I've got it down so anybody should be able to do it.

RE: LX set lbs w/out scale ? & speed prob.??
