I was thinking of getting one and putting the sling seat on it. The regular seat doesn't look that comfortable, but I've never sat in one to judge it. I do like the leveling system they've put on...

Summit Climbing Stand

Well, it's time for a new climber. Whichstand do you guys like best from Summit? Any opinions on the Viper SS vs. Razor SS? I'm not sure if I want that bar in front in case of a "sitting" shop...

Did you change the bevel of the edge....ie make is less of an angle? It looks like it's got a pretty steep edge. Maybe 60 degrees? I figured that's why it's so hard to get a razors edge.

I've used them for a couple of years and have taken several animals with them...to include a hog. Complete pass through leaving a hard to miss blood trail. Mine shoot well. I'm pleased with them.

You should try to pattern your gun with the chokes you have and the shells you plan on using. I use a modified with my duck loads because it give me the pattern and range I want.

I agree with bdu33, your budget will have everything to do with it. I will say that for a stabilizer, the limbsaver S-Coil works great and only costs about $20. I also think catwhisker string...

I use an Ameristep Brickhouse and have shot thru the mesh and taken a deer. Don't worry about the mesh, it works fine. It didn't affect my arrow flight and it was a 35 yard shot. I've shot 3 arrows...
