I have used 60-70,because I can pull it back without straining too much. However I hurt my shoulder, and had to drop my 70 back down to 60.Still made a complete pass through.Sharp Broadheads are the key.

I shoot 72 because that is all I can get out of the bows Know!
I believe you should shoot as much as you can comfortably
to help on pass thrus.

60#'s because that's where my bow max's out. I would shoot 65 or 70#'s just to have a little flatter trajectory.

62 is a good poundage for me. No problems with pass through, shooting a carbon arrow. And @ that weight, it seems that I can practice a little longer on the days I feel like a little target tune up!

70lbs. I really don't know why, but I can pull it back without any trouble so why not?

currently around 60#'s not sure on deffinet poundage, my reason is cause that is max'd out on my bow, next year i am hopin to get a new bow and taken the poundage up to 70 cause i would like a little bit more power behind the arrow just in case somtin bad should happen and i hit the shoulder(knock on wood that it never happens though) and cause i would like to be able to shot a little farther out.
