Yeah, still using wood...can' t see spending the huge money they charge for carbon.
I can afford lots of wood arrows and they do the job just as well for my hunting.

The location of that weight also plays a role. Weight at the ends has less influence than weight in the middle of the string.

The blade angle is not set correctly. Sometimes they can be difficult to get set..

If you have a shaft with a correct taper use it to set the blade close and then adjust from there.
