how do you tan a hide?

I have a sleeping bag rated at 30 deg. and i will be sleeping on a blow up matt. I will not be using a propane heater i will have a elec. heater that when it tips over it shuts off and wont come back...

I hunt almost all the time with a buddy, but i think im going to start hunting alone a few times to see if i have better luck. It is fun to hear there stories at the end of the day though.
