Why not just sharpen them all again and then you will be 100% sure that they are all sharpened. If you trust yourself, try one of the methods that the others mentioned.

Yes the bolt is smooth and yes it is as smooth as snot. To answer the question about caliber, it is chambered in 7mm-08.
