Anyone here have experience with both brands of bows? Are there any differences bewteen these 2 bows other that riser design and camo pattern? I know that the Reflex uses the cam.5 but do they also use the same limbs and limb pockets, the same strings and cables? How does Reflex compare with Hoyt quality wise? The Reflex buckskin seems to be very similar to the Hoyt Razortec. Do the Reflex bows shoot as well as the Hoyts? Any comments or suggestions welcome...Thanks.

If my memory serves me correctly, the two (Hoyt and Reflex)are made by the same manufacturer. You could look at it like cars. Toyota obviously makes Toyota cars, however, the also make Lexus. Think about that. One other thing, how many big name tournament shooters do you hear of that shoot Reflex bows? But, if you' re looking for a good bow at a good price, the Reflex should be fine. The biggest thing is that it has to feel right to you.

There was a standing joke around the forums for awhile that, if you see a Hoyt you like, wait a few years and you can get it cheaper as a Reflex. They are basically Hoyts without the Tec risers. Same quality, just not nearly as many options.
