Yes there are dogs north and south of Presho. Problem is the whiny ranchers want the dogs taken out but they want $150 or more per day per gun. As far as I am concerned I don't go shoot them anymore....

I would bet that it is a mallard/pintail crossed back to a mallard. Some mallard/ pintailare mules and can't reproduce but some can. Only a DNA test could verify this.
