i had the same problem with muzzy's. i now use the nap 85gr. mechanicals.they fly just like my field points. you must have a fast shooting bow, because the muzzy's shoot better in the slow bows.

you should place the scent up wind of you at 20 to 30 yards. the buck will come in down wind of the scent. which will give you a good broad side shot.

i would keep the poundage at your comfort stage be it 58# or 60#. i would recommend the thunderhead 85gr. fixed heads, they fly really straight for a fixed blade.
