Can't begin to guess at a weight without something to reference. The way the skin looks all wrinkled and loose around his neck and ears I wouldguess he is a fully matured deer 5.5-6.5 year old.

9.5 is definitely older than dirt for a deer, probably didn't have much teeth left to age him on. Let us know how he taste, most of us have probably not eaten one that old.
