Colorado Archery Regulations

I see that one of Colorado archery regs say that the maximum let off for a bow is 80%. Many bows are now 85%. Is this something that is strictly enforced by Colorado Wildlife Law Enforcement?

Well my replacement gun came today and with a quick inspection before leaving the gun shop the barrell looked OK. I will do a good first clean up and inspection before I make some smoke though.

I took it back to where I purchased it and they tried to run a cleaner through the barrell but the rough tool marks were still there. We then looked at another Triumph on the shelf and that barrell...
