Default Colorado Archery Regulations

I see that one of Colorado archery regs say that the maximum let off for a bow is 80%. Many bows are now 85%. Is this something that is strictly enforced by Colorado Wildlife Law Enforcement?

My vote is "yes". Not that others don't, but seems to me western states take their big game regulations very seriously. I wouldn't want to be out there and find out the hard way.

I completely agree that it is not worth taking a chance on ruining a hunt over. It just seemed like an odd rule o still have in effect due to a lot of bows now being produced with 85% and some now with 90%.
