since you have a rifled barrel... you might also want to consider the Hornady SST slugs. i shoot these out of my 870 epress and can leave all three shots within a 1 and a half inch group at 50 yards...

i shot my biggest buck this past year with my bow about 50 yards away from the road on public land... one heck of a spot, i saw deer every time i hunted there.

it was most likely the sabot hitting the target at that range...

by the way, Indy... i am shooting these out of my 870 with a rifled barrel and im shooting 1 inch groups at 50 yards with rifle...
