congrats! Got my 4th deer with a bow last Saturday. This bowhunting is so more enjoyable than gun! I have had more success in the early season with archery than any other method of hunting. Luv...

climbers are more portable but I have personally harvested more deer out of my ladder stand. Its probably the location instead of the stand.;)

One hour before sunrise. In Oklahoma you can hunt 30 minutes before official sunrise. That gives me 30 minutes to settle down and take a nap!

For what its worth. I have shopped around for a hunting lease in Oklahoma and it has been a real eye opener. The average going rate here is $4 to $5 per acre. Depending on the land and the deer...

I read it as "no baiting allowed"! Here in Oklahoma it is allowed and is practiced extensively. Makes you wonder whats up with Mass? I had the same doubts about baiting in Ok and emailed the Ok...
