If they are kicking up, then your knock height is wrong, probably to low for your style of shooting. If you are shooting wood arrows then try a shaft spined for 50 to 55 pound bow. for aluminum use...

I went to four fletch awhile back, and like it. It does stabilize the arrow a hair quicker on a muffed release. I am using 4" 90 degree helical.

I tried the Goldtips myself, and then tried the Blackhawk carbonwoods, and now shooting the carbon woods 3000's out of my Bill Price Longbow 55" at 28" and my arrows are 28.75" with 125 grain point....
