A week ago I would have said a friction/slate call. But since I've got the hang of the diapham call I think that is the most useful. You can't beat the concealment factor the diaphram offers.

I bought the 11-87 SPS 3 1/2 and took it back one day later. I wanted it for a deer/turkey gun. You cannot get a camo barrel for this gun. The dealer will tell you that a 3" camo barrel will work...

thanks, I was looking into the Lynch Fool-Proof box call. I just didn't like the rubber bands on the outside...didn't look sturdy. Also, I want something that will hold up in the rain.
