For the past 2 seasons hunting on SGL 4c I have seen a total of 3 deer in 5 days of rifle hunting.

Archery was a little better but rifle season no deer and only a handful of shots within earshot

If your point is that we are not trying hard enough, I totally disagree. 4 mile bike ride and a 1/2 mile walk back and endless scouting around food plots revealed nothing left where 15 years ago...

I wouldnt waste a minute hunting public land in PA. Amazing what has happened in the past 13 years.

I hear a ton of good things about Ohio and I know many who leave PA for rifle...

Went back 3.5 miles on public land to an area that I have hunted for 15 years. Saw 3 does. The parking lot that used to have over 100 cars in it on day 1 had 30 when we got out in the late afternoon....

Lots of activity in PA. Was out last night and had 2 bucks chasing does right around me from 4:30 until totally dark.

Others close by having the same luck. Reports are of a lot on the ground

CWD has become a big problem lately.

They might just make you into a MD hunter.

Looking Forward to South Dakota Hunt

Just got this and a pile of other pics from our guide in South Dakota.

So far the EHD is not near our area. Lets hope it stays that way.
