Question Pa Rifle Season Hunters.

How did your season go for you guys? I got a big juicy doe but didn't have a legal or mature buck come past me!

Grats. I didn't see any deers for the 5 days I was out. A buddy shot a doe on opening day, we hunted in 5C. Hoping to get either a buck or doe after Christmas.

I missed a 140 inch buck on opening day. I think about it every night I lay in bed. We got a buck and a big bear at buck camp. One of our guys went back up for the buck/doe and got a doe with his 44 mag.

My 11 year old son got a buck and a doe in archery and my 83 year old dad got a doe and missed an 8-pointer. My buddy got buck fever on a 10 point and an 8 point within 3 weekends.

Overall, we could have hung 6 bucks, as many doe and a bear this year. But....people are human and we can screw up

Nothing at all wrong with tagging a doe. Looks like many a good meal lying in the snow. Well done.

I went for a few times, due to working, but saw nothing. My grandson got a doe in the youth early season.
My two sons got bucks in archery season. My son-in law, took a doe in early muzzy season.
The total deers taken was 5 taged.

I did give this doe away to a family that really needed the meat. But my dad tagged out with a doe and a small 8pt that had a broken back leg. Looks like it got it's leg caught in something and was limping pretty good with some bleeding.

two does with the rifle and a doe in archery...saw two shooters running in rifle season, but couldn't get a shot and countless scrubby bucks in archery. Still hoping for a buck in muzzleloader.
