Overcast skys and wind is the reason I didnt go last weekend. The chop on the water with no bright sun makes finding fish during the day almost impossible.

Another suggestion a little closer to Cdale, is Crab Orchard Lake between Marion and Cdale. The east side of the lake is shallow and good for wading. Teh spillway at Rend is a good suggestion also....

Also you can use bow string wax on the tip threads to keep em from loosening

No Mark has it they are surge brakes, but you need an electric current to bipass the master cylinder when backing up. My bad ground was causing the brakes to lock. :bash:
