looks like the same stand, only with no guard. I guess this is personal preference, and I have used one with a guard, and I took it off. It bothered me. so, the cobra may actually be best for me.. right?

I have the cobra and you are right. What I did though was get a piece of protruded aluninum and welded it in a u shap and inserted it in the ends of the cobra seat frame. If you look at it you will see it looks like it was made for this purpose but I'm sure it wasn't. After I got the u piece to fit I then drilled two holes through it and and the seat frame and inserted two bolts and wing nuts to secure it. This also alows me to remove it once I get to hunting height. Now I have the ease of a sit down-stand up climber and a safty rail that is removable.

The only differnce in the Summit Cobra and the Summit Bushmaster is that the Cobra has a backrest. I have the Bushmaster, like I said on the original post. It is amazingly comfortable, GOD, I can't imagine it with a backrest, I would probablly fall asleep.<img src=icon_smile_big.gif border=0 align=middle>

Good Luck This Season: Buck Magnet
P.S. Only Chuck Adams can sit at home and see deer so get into the woods. =;^)
