to be making such harsh comments on an outfitter due to a 4 day delay is ridiculous.. is this was 2 months down the road and you still havent got it i would not blame you for being upset.. but Nov. 2nd and its only Nov. 6th.. just give it time....

And how many people do you think are ordering this stuff this time of year? I am sure it is in short supply. Give them a break and wait a week before getting upset. Also, it would be proper to give them the chance to "make it up to you" first.
