Doh that sucks sorry to hear that. I am thinking about ordering a Fobus Roto and trying it out. I can get a local guy to custom make a holster but not sure I want to spend $75 for a holster.

You might take a look at the Stevens 200. They run without scope about $270 and you can get a decent scope for around $150 or so. I have a .270 Stevens and with a scope I have less then $500 invested.

For conceal and carry purposes I am considering the Kahr CW series or a Glock around the same size. Not sure if something like a Glock 23 would be optimal for a side arm once I get my CCP.
