i'd have to say my hunting specialty would be having good dogs... and having those dogs be able to flush out pheasants in the afternoon, when they dry off from pickin up ducks all mornin.

im not a mississippi boy, im from new york. i've been shooting black ducks since i was a kid, these are different. they look identical but are about twice the size with bright orange legs.

it's obviously a mallard hybrid... The other species involved escapes me though. You've got to find something that'll fly with mallards, but has a white chest and brown body. Muscovy is my guess.

i've got 2 banded mallards, 1 banded black, 3 canadians, and one snow. Snow geese bands are raaaaaaare. i got 2 with one shot, and one had some jewlery.

I've been hunting ducks and geese for years here in Long Island Sound. I hunt ponds, and ocean mainly for mallards and blacks. We jump shoot widgeon, canadian geese, snow geese, buffleheads, blah...

i dont know if y'all have a first post requirement. . . but i prefer pumps over semi's for all of my duck/goose hunting. i grew up shooting this old single shot my father gave me then on to an 870....
