I have hunted North Eastern Nevada. Opening day was 1 drake and 2 hen mallards, a canvasback female, a teal, and 2 shovelers. That Sunday was a gadwall, a teal, and a pintail. This Saturday was 3 gadwalls. My group has also taken some buffleheads, scaup, a couple merganser, and I think a redhead or two. Not too bad, I think we are over 100 ducks on the season, and not halfway through yet.

I still haven't killed a BWT or a RedHead. Nay do I have a Speck, or a full adult blue. Don't think I have a Ross either. Nor a Harliquin or Cinnamon Teal.
Bands...I have a good number, mostly from release birds and chicken mallards. Do have a nice old one I got on Xmas eve of 03 that was 12 years old (very old for a band, and a duck!). I have a few other federal ones from geese and ducks that were relatively recent or banded locally. And I do have one neck collar that came off a Canadian Goose.
