RE: Savage AccuTrigger??Muzzlebreak??

I really like the savage accutrigger. The muzzlebreak works well but I would not get another one with a muzzle break. I had awinchester 7mm rem mag that had the boss on it. It made my ears ring when...

RE: .22-250

Yes It is fairly powerfull for a bullet of it's size, however 19 out of 20 times or better I would not use it to shoot a deer. There are more beefy rounds to use that perform alittle bit better.:)

RE: .22-250

Well a 22-250 uses a 223 cal bullit and is bigger(has morecartridge capaciety) than a 223 rem. In the state that I am in you can use a 22-250 for dear, however it is mostly used for varmiants.

RE: .223 for 8 yr. old for deer?

No I would not let a 8 year old use a 223 for hunting. what I would do is get a H&R heavy barreld rifle. According to H&R's website it weighs 8lbs. Then get a 3x9x40 rifle scope and a sling I think...

RE: weatherby vanguard

RE: Rem 700 ADL instead of the 710 now what scope

Personally for a rem 700 adl I would get a nikon prostaff or buckmasters. They seem to be a great scope. You can get a new prostaff on ebay for about 120 USD.
