Well guys I bought a Rem 700 ADL 7mm instead of the 710 7mm. I didn't get a scope with this gun it wasn't a package like the 710 was. What kind of scope would you all reccomend? I really couldn't ever see myself shooting over 300 yards but most will be 150 yards. I do hunt in the rain and snow so I would like something that won't fog up easy.

The bushnell elite 3200 3x9x40 is a good scope for a reasonable price.The ziess conquest is a great scope but the price is higher.

That would be my first choice also,a good gun needs a QUALITY scope...

Is there no NIKON or LEUPOLD fans on here Ive had great luck with both.

I used to use only leupold scopes but the 3x9x40ziess conquest offers superior optics to the leupold3.5x10x40 xviii for the same price.

For the money, you can't beat the Simmons Aetec!

Personally for a rem 700 adl I would get a nikon prostaff or buckmasters. They seem to be a great scope. You can get a new prostaff on ebay for about 120 USD.
